This is completely normal and indicates that your unit has passed our quality inspection process before delivery.

For transportation safety reasons, the battery is partially discharged to below approximately 30% before shipment. This follows international battery transportation safety regulations and helps ensure safe delivery during transit. We recommend fully charging the device before first use for the best performance and battery calibration.

You can purchase an additional spare power box for extended usage time. Once the first battery is depleted, simply replace it with the second power box and continue using the device while the first battery recharges. By alternating between charging and usage, you can significantly extend the operating time of the Swim Jet X Series.
