Do I need to purchase a specific battery model for my Swim Jet X Series?
For safety reasons, only the officially specified battery model may be used. Different X Series batteries cannot be mixed or swapped.
What are the differences between the Swim Jet X Series models?
The main differences between the battery versions are capacity, control interface, and display features. P60 Battery (Advanced Version) ● Equipped with Power, Speed, and Timer buttons ● Features a display screen and LED indicators ● Supports PE and PF training modes ● Larger battery capacity for longer usage time. P30 / P15 / P10 Batteries (Standard Version) ● Equipped with Power and Speed buttons only ● No timer button ● LED indicators only (no screen) ● Smaller battery capacity compared to the P60 version. APP Features: All Swim Jet X Series models use the same mobile app and provide the same app features, including: ● Timer ● Training duration tracking ● Training history ● Speed adjustment ● Sharing function. These features are available regardless of the battery version or model.
What are the pool requirements for the Swim Jet X Series?
The Swim Jet X Series is compatible with most in-ground pools（inflatable pool is not included）. Basic requirements: A. distance from planned unit location to the far wall: ＞4m (13ft) B. depth from water-line to bottom of vertical: ＞76.5cm (30.12″) C. a vertical pool-wall will help meet the standard installation D. pool coping’s overhang length: ＜10cm (4″) E. freeboard (distance between coping top and water): ＜40.6cm (16″). If you are unsure, you can send pool photos and spec to customer support for confirmation.
Can the Swim Jet X Series be used in above-ground pools?
Yes. The Swim Jet X Series is compatible with most types of pools, including most above-ground pools. To ensure proper compatibility and the best user experience, we recommend that customers provide clear photos of the entire pool and the intended installation area. Our technical team will review the images and confirm whether the pool structure and installation conditions are suitable.
Which model shall I purchase for getting the maximum 10h running time?
The minimum operating power of iGarden Swim Jet X is about 150W. When you choose the X35-P60 model, using a 60Ah power box (battery) and the machine is set to work in the lowest gear, you can get almost 10h of working time.
What are the differences between the Swim Jet X Series and P series?
Both Swim Jet X and P models provide strong swim training performance, but they are designed for different needs. P Series – For Larger Pools & Stronger Training: ● Stronger, wider current ● Wired power supply (stable for long sessions) ● Fixed installation, no need for constant relocation ● Best for large pools and high-intensity swimming. Recommended if you want serious training and has a larger pool. X Series – For Easy Setup & Daily Fitness: ● longer-reaching water flow, extending further from the unit ● 25V Battery-powered (DC) ● Quick “hang-and-play” installation, without tough wirings. ● Best for small to medium pools and family fitness. Recommended if the you prefer flexibility, easy to carry and install, and daily exercise use. Are the Swim Jet X Series safe for vinyl pool liners?
Yes. The Swim Jet X Series are safe for use with vinyl pool liners. The jet design and materials are compatible with common pool surfaces, and normal use will not damage vinyl liners.
